Anna's Tea was born out of Anna Sullivan's love for herbs & the natural world. Her desire to make herbal medicine easy, accessible, & tasty for all people has invigorated her drive to share nature’s medicine. She believes working with herbs creates routines of self-love that can transform and shift a person's life. Herbs are a forgotten support system waiting to be remembered and leaned on through times of physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalance.

Anna began studying Ayurveda and plants in 2015, graduating from the California College of Ayurveda in 2018. After, she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification with Vira Bhava Yoga and taught locally. With a background in Ayurvedic Healing & Herbalism, she works with clients one-on-one along with teaching workshops that combine teachings on herbs, Ayurveda, yoga & healing through food. Her work is rooted in the belief that being immersed and more connected to nature can create more balance and health for individuals.

Her life work is one that derives from connecting to the earth. She finds the utmost importance in digging into soil, sitting with and tending plants, hiking, swimming in rivers, working with the rhythms of her body and listening to the guidance of Mother Nature in order to continue her personal work helping others connect back to themselves.
